Refund Policy
Website Design/Web Development Services
Easy Computer Systems, LLC provides a 100% satifaction guarantee for all Website Design/Web Development Services. If you are not satisfied, PRIOR TO US RECEIVING FINAL APPROVAL and YOU (the customer) RECEIVING THE FINISHED PRODUCT, Easy Computer Systems will refund your entire purchase. All customers have the opportunity to review the final draft of their project prior to accepting delivery, no refunds will be issued or granted after website files have been delivered or loaded to a hosting service.
Hosting Services
Hosting services are non-refundable unless services have been paid for and become unavailable for an extended period of time. Web hosting services are not prorated and any part of a month constitutes usage for the full calendar month.
Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Creation, Content Services
A partial refund may be available for any creative and/or marketing services after work has been started and not completed. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refund requests will be given on work that has been completed, approved, and/or delivered.
Software Services / Business Applications
If you are not completely satisfied within thirty (30) days of your initial registration, Easy Computer Systems, LLC will fully refund the amount paid during the initial thirty (30) days.
No refund requests will be considered once an account has been activated, access granted, and the initial thirty (30) day guarantee has expired unless otherwise stated in writing.
Services are not prorated and any part of a month constitutes usages for the full calendar month. Account termination requests that have pre-paid annual discounted services may qualify for a refund minus any month(s) used (calculated at the full monthly rate).
Technical Support / Computer Services
No refunds are available for technical support services. Computer repair services with a no fix, no fee guarantee applies when we agree to fix a device for an agreed price and we are unable. No fee does not apply to parts. Any parts used in the attempt to fix a device will need to be returned in order for the no fix, no fee to apply. Any item left at our facilities for over thirty (30) days is considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.
Third Party Services
Any and all fees paid or items purchased from a third party and not Easy Computer Systems, LLC (i.e. Management Services, License Fees, Affiliate Purchases, etc) are subject to their payment terms and refund policies.
